Indications

Mind : It is often indicated in anxiety, apprehension and mental depression with suicidal tendency. Digestive system: There is congestion in gastric mucosa and liver. Tongue is dirty and bitter taste in mouth. There is heart burn and increased salivation. Liver is congested with bilious attacks causing headache, which is relieved by vomiting. It is also indicated in inflammation of gall bladder, gall stone, constipation and hemorrhoids. Respiratory system: There is congestion in nasal and bronchial membranes. It is to be thought of in pneumonia especially in children. Genitourinary system: It is often helpful in congestive flushing during the menopause where the headache is relieved by onset of menses. Skin: There is congestion with itching eruptions worse from heat. Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
